Exception: Shipping Damage
If your crystal arrives damaged during transit, you must provide clear unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours upon delivery. We will arrange a one-time replacement of the same crystal. No cash refund will be offered.

Once we begin developing your customized practice plan, significant manual time and resources are invested, which cannot be recovered.
