1. All Sales Are Final
All crystal purchases are final sale.
Because our products are natural crystals, each piece has its own natural characteristics, including variations in color, pattern, texture, inclusions, shape, and appearance. These natural differences are part of the character of natural crystals and are not considered defects.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong crystal
- Choosing a different crystal after purchase
- Personal preferences regarding color, appearance, size, or shape
- Natural variations between individual crystals
- Natural inclusions, internal patterns, or other characteristics of natural stones
- Differences between product photographs and the actual crystal
- Personal expectations regarding the symbolic meanings or traditional associations of a crystal
Please carefully review the product information and photos before placing your order.
2. Damaged During Shipping
If your crystal arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.
To request a replacement, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged crystal
- Photographs of the packaging
- A clear description of the damage
- An unboxing video, if available
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can review the situation.
If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping, we may provide a replacement crystal for the damaged item.
The replacement will be for the same product whenever reasonably possible. A cash refund will not be provided for shipping damage.
Claims submitted after the 48-hour period may not be accepted.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, or an item is missing from your package, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the package and items received.
We will review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other reasonable solution.
4. Natural Crystal Variations
Natural crystals are not manufactured products with perfectly uniform characteristics.
The crystal you receive may differ slightly from the photographs shown on the website in terms of:

- Surface texture
These differences are normal characteristics of natural crystals and are not considered defects.
